Formally the old M&S building, the space is being transformed beyond recognition and will become a game changer for the Stockport office market.

Creating a brand to attract a new audience

We were tasked with creating a new contemporary name, identity, positioning, brochure, site hoardings, website development and social media content to help promote the opportunity to prospective new tenants as a truly viable alternative to Manchester City Centre.

Conveying key sales points in an engaging manner

Key attributes such as connectivity, location, amenities, workforce and specification were represented through a range of symbols, which then took on a more playful role throughout the communications.
