Regular team socials
We’re a social bunch! From spontaneous lunches to big nights out, we make time to unwind. Christmas is a highlight! Expect festive markets, fun activities and a great meal and drinks, all on us.
WFH Mondays
Nobody loves the Monday commute, so we’ve made them work-from-home days. It’s a gentle start to the week before joining forces in the studio from Tuesday onwards.
4pm Fridays
We wrap things up early on Fridays, giving you a head start on the weekend to catch a train, meet friends or just switch off.
Generous annual leave
Everyone needs a break. We offer 28 days of holiday (including bank holidays), plus a full Christmas shutdown, so no need to use your leave for the festive period.
Flexibility
Life doesn’t run on a strict 9–5. Whether it’s a doctor’s appointment or picking up a poorly child, our flexible approach to working means you can take care of life without unnecessary additional stress.

Designer
12-month contract – Maternity cover
As Future celebrates 20 years of making it beautiful, we’re looking for a Designer with at least 3 years experience to join our friendly team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
We’re looking for
- A portfolio showing experience in website design, branding and print
- Plenty of creative ideas, strong artwork skills and excellent attention to detail
- Strong Figma and Adobe Creative Suite skills
- A collaborative, can-do attitude
- Great communication skills
What you’ll be doing
You’ll work alongside our design and digital teams on projects for clients across our 3 core sectors. Your role will
include:
- Getting to the heart of each brief and exploring a range of creative ideas
- Creating work across website design, brand identities, brochures, campaigns and animated assets
- Taking ownership of projects and pride in delivering work to a high standard
- Presenting ideas clearly and building positive relationships with clients
- Working both independently and collaboratively with the wider team
- Managing multiple projects and delivering work on time
