Lancashire and South Cumbria Health & Care Partnership brings together partners from local authorities, the NHS, and VCFSE organisations to address the health and social needs of their communities.
Working with our Manchester design agency, they aimed to clearly communicate their strategies and vision. Thus, helping people across Lancashire and South Cumbria live longer, healthier lives.
Through questionnaires, interviews and expert contribution, Lancashire and South Cumbria Health & Care Partnership devised strategies to improve the lives of those living with autism, learning difficulties and mental health support. These reports needed to navigate the areas sensitively; highlighting how they’re actively listening to those affected and the ways in which they’re overcoming the challenges identified.
The design style followed the Partnership’s brand colour palette, creating a consistent look and feel across the three reports. To emphasise the equal importance of each topic, we designated a simple symbol for each report. Our Manchester design agency, used bold illustrations to put people and their lifestyles at the forefront of the strategy—bringing case studies and facts to life in a visually engaging, inclusive way.
