Cole Waterhouse are a property development, investment and management company who have a portfolio of high-profile developments in Manchester, London and Birmingham.
THE CHALLENGE
We were commissioned to design a new website which not only informed their audiences of what they do and how they do it but defined their position in the market, captured their personality and differentiated their brand.
OUR APPROACH
We held a brand workshop with the board and gained external insight by interviewing a range of partners to inform the process which proved invaluable in shaping the design, user experience, content and build of the website.
Through the copywriting we shaped a narrative for the website which was not only integral to the site itself but will inform the company’s positioning and communications across all channels, now and for years to come.
