Retainers Work

Overview

At Future, we understand that design needs don’t begin and end with one-off projects. Brands evolve, campaigns shift, and new creative requirements arise every week. Our Design Support Retainers give you ongoing access to our studio for everything from fast-turnaround social media graphics to artwork, powerpoint decks, digital assets, print-ready materials and more. Packages start from 7 hours per month and scale seamlessly so we become an extension of your team.

Ticketing System

All design requests are handled through a shared ticketing board, giving both us and our clients a clear view of every task.

  • Centralised dashboard for submitting new tickets and reviewing all open or closed items
  • Time tracking built into each ticket for complete visibility
  • Cumulative hours showing time used to date and time remaining within your monthly allocation
  • Comment threads storing all communication in one place
  • Status & due date tools for clear progress tracking

This helps everything run smoothly and keeps communication clear on every request.

Response Times

To ensure dependable turnaround, we follow clear response standards:

  • Critical work response: within 4 working hours
  • Standard ticket response: within 1 working day

This means you’ll always get a quick response and we’ll start the work promptly.

Quality Assurance & Sign-off

Before artwork is finalised, it goes through our Future QA Checklist, which covers:

  • Bleed and print setup
  • Colour conversion
  • Typography and spell-check
  • Brand consistency
  • Call to action and link testing for digital assets

This helps ensure every piece of work is accurate, consistent and good to go.

Monthly Review Meetings

Every month, we hold a review meeting to:

  • Recap completed work
  • Review time usage vs. allocation
  • Prioritise upcoming tasks
  • Align on campaign or brand goals
  • Plan ahead for the following month

This keeps things running smoothly and aligned with what you need over time.

Flexible Packages

Our retainers begin at 7 hours per month, with the flexibility to increase your allocation as required. Whether you need occasional design support or a fully scalable creative extension of your team, we can tailor a package that fits your workflow, budget and long-term goals.
