Nick Yates
Managing Director / FounderNick has over 25 years experience within the industry. In 2006 Nick formed Future and has continued to push the creative boundaries of Public and Private Sector design and marketing, gaining vast experience and recognition and numerous industry awards. His business focused approach to creativity and commitment to customer service is key to Future’s longevity.
Grant Mitchell
Creative DirectorGrant also has over 25 years experience within the industry. He has worked at some of the country’s most respected creative agencies and the quality of his work been recognised with numerous local, national and international awards. Grant also takes an active role within design education, nurturing and inspiring the next generation of creative talent.
Becky Barbanneau
Design DirectorBecky is Design Director at Future with over 12 years experience in the design industry. A graduate of Manchester School of Art, she has also trained in Typography Design at Cooper Union, New York. Becky has a keen eye for typography and has worked on numerous branding, campaign and website projects for high-profile clients from the NHS to Aldi.

Grant helped raise over £2k for charity, riding a BMX from Manchester to Blackpool.
Future invited fellow creatives to design posters in response to the lockdown of 2020, raising over £1k for the NHS.
We are proud to support a local junior basketball team.
We have helped numerous school, college and university students gain a taste of life at a creative agency.
Inspiring the next generation of designers and developers through talks, like this one at Staffordshire University.
We regularly welcome students into our studio, giving them an insight into what it’s like to work in a creative environment.
Our team always enjoy meeting students, sharing their experience and setting briefs, like this visit to Stockport College.
