An international workplace design and construction business

Zenixspace is an international workplace design and construction business delivering projects across multiple markets worldwide. With an expanding portfolio, growing global presence and integrated delivery model, the business needed a digital platform that accurately reflected its scale, expertise and ambition.

Working closely with the marketing team, we were tasked with creating a website that represented the quality of Zenixspace and where it is heading next.

Challenge

Delivering exceptional quality against a tight deadline

The most significant challenge that came with the project was time. With a planned launch date already in the diary, we needed to rapidly redefine the creative direction, overhaul the visual identity, restructure the user experience and deliver a fully functioning website within a short space of time.

The new platform needed to showcase an extensive portfolio of global projects, communicate Zenixspace’s integrated service offering and position the business as a leading authority within the workplace sector.

Approach

Strategic thinking, collaborative delivery, exceptional results

We began by stripping the project back to its foundations, developing a completely new visual direction that felt sophisticated, contemporary and reflective of the premium environments Zenixspace creates.

The website UX was reworked to improve navigation and storytelling, placing greater emphasis on the company’s international capability, strategic partnerships and end-to-end delivery model. Rich project content and case studies were integrated throughout the site to demonstrate both the scale and quality of their work.

We worked in close collaboration with the Zenixspace team to design and build the site at pace. Through a highly collaborative process, we successfully delivered a polished digital experience that elevates the brand, supports future growth and provides a premium platform worthy of the business it represents today.
