Building a new home for one of Cheshire's premier student accommodation company.
BACKGROUND
McComb Students own and manage the largest portfolio of private student halls and apartments in Ormskirk, their purpose-built developments are luxurious, modern and better yet – affordable.
THE CHALLENGE
McComb Students is one arm of the McComb Property Co, which operates in multiple property sectors including office and retail, residential and student accommodation. It was important to develop a less corporate brand style that would differentiate this arm of the business and resonate with the intended target audience.
OUR APPROACH
We developed a new brand style aimed at the target audience and rolled this out across all marketing materials. The biggest of which being a new website that helped streamline and simplify the booking and enquiring process.
