BACKGROUND
Lancashire and South Cumbria Health & Care Partnership brings together a group of partners across the local authorities, NHS and VCFSE organisations, to address the health and social needs of their communities.
Their vision is to see the people of Lancashire and South Cumbria live longer, healthier lives; clearly communicating their strategies that strive towards this.
THE CHALLENGE
Through questionnaires, interviews and expert contribution, Lancashire and South Cumbria Health & Care Partnership devised strategies to improve the lives of those living with autism, learning difficulties and mental health support. These reports needed to navigate the areas sensitively; highlighting how they’re actively listening to those affected and the ways in which they’re overcoming the challenges identified.
OUR APPROACH
Within the design style, the colour palette followed the branding of the Partnership’s logo, incorporating a consistent look and feel across the three reports. In addition, by designating a simple symbol for each report, it signified the equal importance of each topic. The use of prominent illustrations ensured people and their lifestyles were at the forefront of the strategy. These illustrations brought case study information and facts to life in an imaginative and digestible manner, whilst showcasing diversity within communities.
